I ordered the express service. I was immediately sent an email confirming my purchase and given the name of my handler, which was great. After that, however, I did not hear from anyone in the company or receive my documents in the time frame given. Instead of one week, it took almost three weeks. That being said, I did receive my order just fine with no other issues. [Each case is unique and, unfortunately, your case took longer than most. Once our researcher submits your request to the facility, there's nothing much to do, or say, until the facility returns the record. We are glad things did work out, and thank YOU for your service!]
