I am pleased I found Touchstone to research my father's army service record and DD-214 so full military honors were provided at his funeral. This will also aid in getting the VFW Bronze plaque signifying Dad's length of service. From start to finish this took less than a week and may have happened quicker if I had submitted all that was needed with the first request. Plus, I received updates just about every day concerning the status of my request. I highly recommend Touchstone.
