I was very hesitant about using a service like this at first. I chose to call and place my order by phone so that I could get a feel of the staff, and perhaps better gauge what kind of service I could expect. The lady I spoke to was very nice and very knowledgeable about the service and what I could expect. By the end of the call, I felt comfortable giving Touchstone my money. Three days later, my documents were delivered to my inbox, and a hard copy was on the way. Very quick, efficient service. I would recommend them for sure.
